A strong passion for personal development has taken me on quite a journey and lead me to where I am today. Being an avid reader I have read and studied many books on the subject.  When my children began to grow up I was able to attend courses and seminars that were inspiring and encouraged me to create my own success.  Along the way I found I was an inspiration to others and began to get the idea to develop my own programmes.  I really had a great desire to create a business based on my passion and a strong desire to make a difference. I had training in office, accounting and human resources management and I had been very hands on in managing businesses.  I was also running and facilitating occasional workshops for women, around my own area of interests.

When I came across the Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy, everything seemed to just fall into place.  I felt this was the perfect place for me. Sandy Forster, the Founder and Director of the Academy is  a very impressive woman.  She is not only a fantastic Trainer and Mentor, but she is also an best-selling Author.  In addition, Sandy has received many Business awards and in 2010 Sandy was awarded Business of the Year (Australia) and Best Overall Company of the Year in the International Awards for Women in Business (New York) and in 2008 International Mentor of the Year.  With such an inspiring Trainer and Mentor, my training and accreditation through the Academy equipped me with so many tools to coach almost anyone to success as well as enhancing my skills to build the perfect coaching business for me.

During my training, I studied dozens of practical business techniques, metaphysical processes and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s leading transformational body, mind and spirit experts. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different self-empowerment exercises, I work with clients to help them make changes that produce real and lasting results.

I continue to develop my skills and engage in ongoing training.  I subscribe to many of Leonie Dawson’s business and life programmes to ensure that I always bring all that I can to my practice and my clients. Marketing training with another of my mentors, being Amber McLean, further enhanced my understanding and skills. I also bring so much of what I have experienced and learned from my own personal journey.  This way I can assist women who may be encountering some of the difficulties I faced and as a result, they may have an easier time of it.
